WolfOfOne5 years agoI remember delving into all the reasons for this when I had upgraded to 4GB of RAM on a 32 bit OS (I knew I'd not be able to tell me why..what should i do to display 4gb installed memory and 4gb ram are usable...is the 4gb of ram is already used or just 2.90 is usable?? Takes me 5-10 seconds when i am tired.Try things before you criticise it.
