I'm more inclinded something is overheating (Such as the GPU). I don't seem to have that installed but maybe I have something similar? So basically it's highly unlikely that it's the game?....what can you conclude viewing the bluescreenview results I posted? permalinkembedsaveparentgive gold[–]fishychan 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago(2 children)I actually did not do that, when I had the issues, I uninstalled raptr, and rolled back my drivers. have a peek at this web-site

It said it would bring a popup once windows logged in and tell me how it went or something like that but it didn't... In Unix-based operating systems, a similar term is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kernel_panic.Stop errors are hardware or driver related, causing the computer to stop responding in order to prevent damage to the hardware or data. Anyway I'm a bit embarrased to say that I never checked my CPU temps while playing, and I did just now (something I should have done long ago). http://newwikipost.org/topic/2M9FKei8llX9AUfgpYrfwidRVA8va0cm/BSOD-playing-Skyrim-error-0x0000007f.html I've gotten already 10 bluescreens caused by the same thing, each dump file says the same thing and somewhere it says it's a hardware failure and it only happens when I'm Skyrim Blue Screen Of Death Jennifer Rose Posts: 3429Joined: Wed Jan 17, 2007 2:54 pm » Wed May 30, 2012 6:31 am Ok i reseted the bios settings, uninstalled all drivers deleted all registrys of Skyrim Blue Screen Memory Dump This includes sharing/rehosting a mod without the original author's express permission.
Good luck! http://webgeninfosystems.com/blue-screen/bsod-playing-various-games-after-a-while.html I've sorta got my version of post traumatic stress disorder, and the thought of playing the game only to have it crash on me again is just sickening. Was there another line or two between those two? I suggest trying memtest86. Skyrim Everything Is Blue
No crashes. Also, are the Catalyst drivers compatible with a NVIDIA GeForce video-card? Souns easy enough :DMighty-Lu-BuYes, if it still BSOD's in any other game except for Skyrim, then you need to run driver sweeper, if its still Skyrim, its a bug in the Source If you find an entry at the time of the crash, you can usually find an error code, which others can work with to help you fix the error.
So if anyone has any insight into what's going on here, what other info I should grab, or even just a better place to post this question I'd be forever grateful My rig: OS: Windows 7 64-bit CPU: Intel Core i3 2120 3.30 GHz (Dual Core) RAM: 8GB Video Card: EVGA 1023MB GeForce GTX 560 Also, no mods except for the Unofficial I've gotten already 10 bluescreens caused by the same thing, each dump file says the same thing and somewhere it says it's a hardware failure and it only happens when I'm

What temp was this?
Anyway, the latest... normally I'd think there... Lol Well thanks for all your help dude I really appreciate it. I know Skyrim has been updated just recently, but it could be that they haven't prioritized the crashes just yet.
and while you have them out of their slots, give a good suck with a vacuum cleaner (especially around the fans & heat sinks). However, Microsoft, AMD, and NVidia work very hard to reduce bugs in the kernel and kernel-level device drivers, which should result in fewer BSoDs and more application crashes. I've already ran diagnostics and stress tests on my hardware and I never get any problems except when I play Skyrim, and my system can handle it. Steam/apps/common/etc.etc.
permalinkembedsaveparentgive gold[–]fishychan 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago(0 children)maybe, its fairly easy to roll them back. For example, installing additional graphics mods may expose latent bugs which can cause a BSoD. Well I uninstalled raptr like they said, and was able to run around in god mode and slaughter all of Solitude without any problems I'd usually see in the first 30 HD Texture pack is deleted and both Dawnguard and Hearthfire are unchecked to prevent them from loading.
If it does try to go back to crossfire. No Piracy If you submit a link to or explain how to obtain pirated material you will be banned. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:atikmdag.sys (ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver, ATI Technologies Inc.)If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching Will dig around some more but if anyone has any knowledge to lay on me I am open to it.
I have attach my last 5 minidump. The BSoD may be related, but it is not necessarily related. If its hardware or driver related it should happen there as well. The technical reason behind this isn't particularly complicated but it's not important enough to discuss at the moment.
Anyway I'm a bit embarrased to say that I never checked my CPU temps while playing, and I did just now (something I should have done long ago). The wife and I just chalked it up to being a new game and there will be issues. I can understand the game crashing to desktop but a bluescreen?
